Sensory and regulation workshop (7-11 year olds): This workshop aims to provide your child(ren) with calming strategies; to support them in self-regulation through exploring various sensory materials. There will be different ‘sensory stations’; touch (playing with bubble wrap, scented playdough, maybe shaving foam and bubbles), taste/smell (crunchy or chewy foods) and hear (music activities, listening, mindfulness).
Life beyond school (12-18 year olds): This workshop is focused on self-esteem and confidence building. It will also begin discussions about life outside of school (extra-curricular activities, volunteering, etc.) and possible opportunities to integrate into the work environment once leaving school.
